The statutory provisions shall apply, supplemented only by the following points: The purchase contract is concluded in accordance with the following conditions.<\/p>\n

Terms and conditions of purchase<\/strong>
We do not accept our customers’ terms and conditions of purchase.\nOur offers are subject to change.\nAgreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
Prices<\/strong>
Our prices are ex Gelsenkirchen and subject to statutory VAT.\nSpecial conditions and agreements lose their validity in the event of a judicial or extrajudicial settlement.
Delivery<\/strong>
is carried out by a forwarding agent or GLS parcel service.\nThe transportation costs incl.\npackaging per package.\nThe total weight is charged for forwarding shipments.\nBulky consignments are invoiced according to volume.
Payment<\/strong>
On receipt of the goods by prepayment, cash on delivery, SEPA direct debit, cash, debit or credit card or PayPal. Return debit notes are charged at a flat rate of 19.00 EUR. In this case, as in the case of judicial or extrajudicial settlement, there is no discount. We do not grant any cash discount for transportation costs and craftsmanship.  
Delivery time<\/strong>
Deliveries of items in stock are made on the day the order is placed (please order by 10.00 a.m. at the latest). As a rule, you will receive your goods within 2 – 3 days. Express delivery is also possible. Goods on commission (stair railings) have a delivery time of approx. 3 weeks.
Transport damage<\/strong>
Claims can only be asserted if damage incurred during transport, in particular to the packaging or loss, is reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.\nPlease also check that the goods are complete and make a note of any defects on the transport documents.\nUnfortunately, later complaints cannot be accepted.
Warranty<\/strong>
Warranty claims must be made for all items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Warranty claims are limited to the free replacement of defective items. Liability for consequential damage or compensation for new production is excluded. Minor color deviations in stair treads and risers are due to the printing process and are not grounds for complaint.
Retention of title<\/strong>
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.\nIn the event of resale, the buyer assigns to us the claims arising from this in the amount of the outstanding purchase price.
