Terms and conditions of purchase
We do not accept our customers’ terms and conditions of purchase. Our offers are non-binding. Agreements require written confirmation to be valid.
Prices
Our prices are ex works Gelsenkirchen and are subject to statutory VAT. Special conditions and agreements become invalid in the event of a court or out-of-court settlement.
Delivery
Shipments are sent via freight carrier or GLS parcel service. Transport costs, including packaging, are calculated per package. For freight shipments, the total weight is charged. Bulky shipments are billed according to volume.
Payment
On receipt of the goods by prepayment, cash on delivery, SEPA direct debit, cash, debit or credit card or PayPal. Return debit notes are charged at a flat rate of 19.00 EUR. In this case, as in the case of judicial or extrajudicial settlement, there is no discount. We do not grant any cash discount for transportation costs and craftsmanship.  
Delivery time
Deliveries of items in stock are made on the day the order is placed (please order by 10.00 a.m. at the latest). As a rule, you will receive your goods within 2 – 3 days. Express delivery is also possible. Goods on commission (stair railings) have a delivery time of approx. 3 weeks.
Transport damage
Claims can only be made if any damage incurred during transport, especially to the packaging, or loss is reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please also check that the goods are complete and note any defects on the shipping documents. Unfortunately, claims made after this point cannot be accepted.
Warranty
Warranty claims must be made for all items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Warranty claims are limited to the free replacement of defective items. Liability for consequential damage or compensation for new production is excluded. Minor color deviations in stair treads and risers are due to the printing process and are not grounds for complaint.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received. In the event of resale, the buyer assigns to us any resulting claims up to the amount of the outstanding purchase price.
